Working in the freight forwarding business mostly from southern Africa to the rest of the world in general and to the rest of Africa, we move cargo, delivering our client’s shipments by air, land, and sea wherever the destination happens to be.

Incorporated in 2000 in South Africa, etalon freight cc is situated in the jet park just 5 min drive from O.R Tambo international airport. As a freight forwarding and logistics company, we have a highly efficient workforce of trained professionals with so many years of experience in the industry. Our specialized knowledge and experience are utilised by our valuable customers across the southern Africa mostly in DRC, Zambia, Angola and South Africa. We’re targeting to expand our operations to Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Malawi, Zimbabwe and beyond.
Having reliable air carriers’ partners as Airlink (sa-drc), Kenya airways, MK freight systems, saa, and Ethiopian airlines, we offer our customers much-needed flexibility and dependability with a reputation based on trust and integrity, we offer you a customer means of transportation that’s both cost-efficient and time-critical.
In the past, we used to send valuable equipment from Mintek Randburg to south America helping South Africa to impact other continents with homegrown technology. On the other hand, DR Congo is rich in natural resources country, we used to ship throughout the world live tropical live fishes from all this using Johannesburg as a hub. In 2009 we were appointed the “preferred logistics supplier” for the department of trade and industry of SA (the dti) for an outward mission to Lubumbashi. The exhibition put together more than 35 SA exporters who portrayed their products in Katanga province/dr congo reaching hundreds of potential customers for South African products.
Our other strength is in the clearing of goods in transit from other places through the republic of south Africa to the rest of Africa. In this, we encourage our customers to use Johannesburg as a hub for the rest of Africa.
Our Road Services
Road transport to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
We are proud to announce to our customers that since February 2009, we operate our own express trucks (15tonners) between South Africa and the democratic republic of Congo as well as the super link service.
This service is done based on ‘’door-to-door delivery’’.
At a nominal fee, we pick up shipments and deliver them custom cleared in Lubumbashi. We also offer the same service to Kinshasa via Lubumbashi. This is in addition to our regular door-to-door service to the above destinations by air.
From Lubumbashi to Kinshasa, we rely upon the best service of Transair cargo, and service air that delivers goods in Kinshasa. So far, the door-to-door service has been successfully adding value to satisfied customers along the line even on the sea freight.
Driven by highly skilled and professional drivers, our trucks are insured and goods in transit (git) are also insured up to zar500,000,00 peace of mind being part of the service offered.
We are starting our road freight door-to-door delivery in Kinshasa ex Johannesburg via Namibia and Angola having lufu as the entry point in congo
Services offered to our valued customers
Door-to-door service: we collect from the exporter and deliver the same to the consignee’s premises, taking care of customs clearing and other services.
Please note that the shipment is to be no bivac.
Bivac shipments:
We do also organize the clearance of bivac (consol & full loads) shipments. Quotes on request.
Air freight:
We do handle small and big shipments alike.
We deliver door to door or can also do airport to airport.
Sea freight:
We service all the routes ex SA in the world especially the west coast of Africa.
Removal in transit (rit)
With our network of agents worldwide, we import goods on behalf of our customers and send them into Africa via seaports or airports.
